Welcome to "Nerria's Villa"
Located in Kalamaki, 4km away from Chania Town. The accomodation is in a low-traffic neighbourhood, just 400 meters away from the beautiful sandy beach of "Kalamaki". Short walking distance to restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy.
The building consists of one indipended house, means you own a full house of 150 sq. meters inside and 300 sq.m. outside (yard).
INSIDE
There are 3 Bedrooms, each one has a double bed, an individual controlled air-conditioning, wardrobe and place luggage. There is space to add a baby bed.
Living room has a big sofa, which can be sofa-bed (for 2 persons), individual controlled air-conditioning and a smart TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and electrical divices. Such as fridge, cooker, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee/tea maker, water boiler and toaster.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The one is in the main space. It has a big shower, washing mashine, hairdryer.
The other is in the king bedroom. It has a tub.
Hand soap, shampoo and shower gel included.
For our little guests we can also provide baby-chair, baby-bath and changing mat.
OUTSIDE
There is a private yard with a pool, 4 sunbeds, barbeque and a balcony with a dinning table. All around the house there are trees and plants. A free private parking for 2 cars.
Free wifi included.
We can arrange for you the transfer from/to the airport or rent a car in low prices.
